Insurance

Payment Options

We will submit your insurance claims for you,

regardless of whether we are an in-network or out-of-network provider.

 

Dr. Brunton is currently in-network with the following insurance plans:

  • Aetna Dental PPO and Aetna Dental Access (Aetna Medicare Dental also)

  • Ameritas

  • Careington Care: Platinum PPO and Platinum POS (not Care 500)

  • Connection Dental/GEHA

  • Delta Dental Premier (most Delta PPO plans are OK too.)

  • Guardian DPPO

  • Humana PPO (Humana Medicare also)

  • Lincoln Financial 

  • Metlife PDP Plus and FedVIP

  • Principal

  • SunLife/DHA

  • United Healthcare PPO

Some other insurance companies utilize the fee schedule of one of the above major companies, so don't hesitate to ask if your insurance might still be considered in-network.

Also, most insurances can be used out-of network without much difference in coverage of your routine dental needs. We welcome you to become our patient and we will submit all claims on your behalf.

Any fees not due to us from your insurance company should be paid at the time of treatment.  We do our best to make payment convenient in the following ways:

  • We accept Cash, Check and all Major Credit Cards. You can also Zelle your payment to: office@jeffersonfamilysmiles.com. Include account # from your bill. 

  • We accept Care Credit with 6- and 12- month interest-free periods

 

 

 

  • We will set up an in-house payment plan for up to 3 months if needed

  • In addition, we try hard to keep our fees at a reasonable level to keep your costs down and make the dentistry you need possible
